🧄 Ingredients

  • ¼ cup liquid egg whites (around 4 eggs)
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • Splash of almond milk (if needed)
  • ¼ cup (25g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ tsp coconut oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix the Batter:
    In a bowl, whisk together the liquid egg whites and vanilla protein powder until smooth.
    Stir in the mashed banana and blueberries.
    If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of almond milk to loosen it.
  2. Heat the Pan:
    Warm ½ tsp coconut oil in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat.
  3. Cook the Pancake:
    Pour in the pancake mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, or until small bubbles form on the surface.
    Ensure the pancake is set before flipping.
  4. Flip & Finish:
