6 medium russet potatoes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Clean the Potatoes:
Scrub the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt.
Boil the Potatoes:
Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water.
Boil for about 40 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
Cool the Potatoes:
Transfer the boiled potatoes to the refrigerator and let them cool completely (approximately 30 minutes).
Prepare the Spice Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine:
- Canola oil
- Paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper
Cut and Toss:
Cut the cooled potatoes into quarters.
Gently toss the wedges in the oil and spice mixture until evenly coated.
Preheat the AirFryer:
Set your AirFryer to 390°F (199°C) and let it preheat.
Air Fry the Potatoes:
- Place half of the wedges into the AirFryer basket, skin side down.
- Be careful not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
- Cook each batch for 13–15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and reddish brown.
