This thing works great and was very easy to use right out of the box. It came with instructions, and I really didn’t find anything at all confusing about it. I want to emphasize that because I noticed some other people seem utterly boggled by how this thing works, which I don’t understand at all!
As far as results, I’ve been drinking about two or three containers full a day, and I have definitely been peeing about twice as often (at least)—and that’s no exaggeration! I’m someone who doesn’t drink enough water, and I have to force myself because I feel bloated. But this water is flowing through my body easier, quicker, and more efficiently, which can only be healthy and beneficial.
I can also report that my lower back “popped” back into place after being out for at least six months. I’m not saying the water is responsible but I think in combination with stretching, it was a contributing factor in “lubricating” my joints.
Unfortunately, I lost the charging chord within days of receiving this, and as some people have mentioned, there isn’t a way to contact customer service. But thankfully, it is a standard 2 amp chord which I found at the local Grocery Outlet for $5 near the smartphone cords and plugs. You need to look closely at the shape of the plug that goes into the base of the unit and make sure it’s the same, and has a USB on the opposite end.

I love using this product, and I can tell a difference between it and bottled water. I thought it looked nice, and watching it change colors was fun. It is compact and easy to carry. The only issue mine had was that it leaked on the end it sat on, so I had to flip it the other way so it didn’t leak out.

The company finally reached out to me. They answered my questions. The glass cylinder is very, very, very tight on the base. I finally got it off. They stated they would also adjust the instructions to make them clearer and more specific. They explained that the nasal cannula can be worn during the ‘hydrogenating process’ to breathe in the hydrogen. And they stated that you can drink as much hydrogen water as normal water throughout the day.
With all of that cleared up, I am finally enjoying the hydrogen water. I do feel better after drinking it than I do after drinking filtered water.
So far, it seems good. I’m not sure exactly what it’s supposed to do for you, so I can’t give it a 5 star rating yet.
1) The instructions are not great—they are not informative at all. I emailed the company (a month ago) and still have not received a reply.
2) The glass cylinder does not come off the base, which makes it difficult to clean the glass properly. The video shows how to ‘fix/realign’ the base components if they get out of alignment. But how can I do that if the base is attached to the large glass cylinder (but the video shows the base as not being attached)?
3) I have no idea what the nasal cannula is for. It shows that you wear it. When? Why? How long? Etc. Again, the instructions are very vague, and the company has not responded to my email.
4) how often and how much hydrogen water are you supposed to consume daily?
